Description

This position has responsibility for Clearance and Agency Escrow Client Services in Brazil. This position reports directly to the Escrow's Global Head of Client Services and works closely with Escrow Product Management in Brazil as well as Sales, Legal and Risk Management. Work with business partners to drive aggressive cultivation of new business as well as retention and growth of existing business through successful negotiation and management of escrow contracts. Responsible for assessing client needs and devising creative solutions to solve client needs and drive repeat business. NEW BUSINESS ACTIVITIES: Review and negotiate Escrow contracts and coordinate comments with internal JPM counsel as needed. Interact with client's counsel to negotiate escrow contracts in a proactive and professional manner ensuring that the risk profile of JPMorgan is protected while also ensuring that the needs of the client with respect to responsiveness and timely closing are met. Ensure deal information is setup on all operating systems and contratual obligations are met. Optimize account profitiability by maximizing JPMorgan fees and investment revenue opportunities. CLIENT SERVICE AND ONGOING ADMINISTRATION: Ensure that all ongoing account activities are in compliance with relevant governing documents and JPMorgan policies and procedures. Ensure strong customer service criteria are met by quickly responding to client inquiries and developing meaningful client relationships. TEAM ROLE: Work in a collaborative environment with sales, product management, operations and other collegues. Escalate client issues to management as appropriate.


Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business or Finance, Masters degree or legal degree preferred 8-10 years work experience in financial services environment; preferably in escrow, trust or treasury services Strong leadership skills Ability to work independently in an entreprenaurial environment. Strong sales and customer service orientation. Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent decision-making abilities. Demonstrated problem-solving skills
